Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING WILL BE CLOSED MARCH 24TH - APRIL 2ND.  ALL ORDERS RECEIVED BETWEEN THOSE DATES WILL BE SHIPPED AFTER APRIL 3RD.

 

Shipping

We ship via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS Priority Mail.  While you will have the option to choose between UPS and USPS methods, we will choose the fastest delivery possible for you.  If you have other requirements please contact us to make arrangements.

In most cases, we will only ship on Monday and Tuesday.  If for some reason a shipment would be delayed by a day, we do not want it to sit in a UPS/USPS/Fed Ex warehouse over the weekend.

We will not ship outside of the United States.  This is a perishable product and will not survive the extra delay going through customs.

Because we are shipping a perishable product, we do take extra precautions.  Cheese can survive at room temperature for 5-7 days.  During the colder months, we do include ice packs with your shipment in a traditional box.  In the warmer months, your cheese will be packed in Thermosafe boxes and topped with ice packs and in the high temperatures, dry ice.  If the weather is too warm, we will suspend shipping.  If you have any questions, please contact us!!

SUMMER SHIPPING - We do not have a local dry ice facility and our only able to have a shipment delivered every other week. Some orders may be held for up to 2 weeks until we receive the dry ice.  Please call us with any questions about delivery timing.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased from Swissland Cheese Co, please contact us at 260-589-2671 within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
