Cheese. Enjoy our grass-fed organic cheddar,
grass-fed organic baby swiss, grass-fed organic mozzarella,
raw milk cheddar, goat milk feta, goat milk cheddar, and our
specialty cheeses! Our specialty cheese includes Chedda Feta Bluz, a mixture of cheddar, Feta,
and blue cheeses, our Chedda Wine, made using the
normal cheddar process but with a twist- tawny port wine is
added to give this robust cheese a hint of wine flavor, Chedda Brew is yet another one of our special cheddar verities, cheddar brew is cheddar mixed with a stout lager style beer.
