Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased from Swissland Cheese Co, you may return it to us postage prepaid (we will not accept any COD shipments or shipments charged back to us) within 30 days of receipt and we will promptly replace or refund the the purchase price of that item according to your preference.

Shipping
We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail.  UPS is the only selection you will be able to choose on this website, but we will check rates and fastest shipping time for both, so please leave a deliverable address for USPS as well.  If you have other requirements please contact us to make arrangements.

Because we are shipping a perishable product, we do take extra precautions.  Cheese can survive at room temperature for 5-7 days.  During the colder months, we do include ice packs with your shipment in a traditional box.  In the warmer months, your cheese will be packed in Thermosafe boxes and topped with ice packs and in the high temperatures, dry ice.  If the weather is to warm, we will suspend shipping.  If you have any questions, please contact us!!

We will not ship outside of the United States.  This is a perishable product and will not survive the extra delay going through customs.
