Specialty Cheeses
Our Natural cheeses offer a wide variety of tastes and textures, all sure to please your senses. Most of these cheeses use our robust cheddar as a base, and thus our "Chedda" names! Some of our specialty cheeses are also "firsts", that is they are unique to Swissland Cheese Co. You'd be hard pressed to find them made anywhere else. These famous firsts are: Chedda Choco Nut, Chedda Feta Bluz, Chedda Bluz, and Chedda Cran Almond. Another one of our most unique cheeses, Cheddar Cran Almond blends cranberries and almonds with great cheddar flavor. The cranberries offer just the right amount of sweetness to complement the nutty flavor of the almonds in this cheese.
Chedda Wine is made using the normal cheddar process but with a twist. Tawny port wine is added to give this robust cheese a hint of wine flavor. Chedda Wine compliments many wines and is great to serve at tasting parties
